Bees are important because they play a crucial role in pollinating plants and crops, which is necessary for food production and biodiversity. Without bees, many plant species and entire ecosystems would be severely impacted.

Welcome to the Bee-Aware Project! Our aim is to raise awareness about the decline of pollinators and their impact on the environment and on us. Projekta Malta is coordinating the project along with its partners Idee in Movimento from Italy and The Bee Camp from Greece with the aim to involve young people, foster proactive citizenship from an early age, and emphasize the significance of youth work.

Bees are the buzz of life, let’s protect them.

Save the bees, save the world.

Bees may be small, but their impact on the world is mighty, let’s work together to create a better environment for them to flourish and ensure a sustainable future for us all
